Schedules are tighter, disruption to operations must be minimized, and the finish must hold up to higher traffic and more frequent cleaning. Prime Finish Painters has been serving commercial clients in Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties since 2012. We work with property managers, retail operators, medical offices, restaurants, and light industrial facilities. Our commercial team is available for after-hours and weekend work to minimize disruption to your business. We use commercial-grade coatings rated for high-traffic environments, including scrubbable eggshell, semi-gloss, and epoxy-based finishes for floors and high-moisture areas. All commercial projects include a detailed scope of work, a fixed-price contract, and a project timeline with daily progress updates.

Prime Finish Painters has served homeowners across Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties since 2009. Our commercial painting work is performed exclusively by our own trained team — we do not subcontract any portion of your project. Michael Caruso personally reviews every estimate and conducts a final walkthrough before considering any job complete.

Our preparation process — which typically accounts for 40% of total project time — is designed specifically to address these conditions. We use only premium materials from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams, selected for their performance in the Mid-Atlantic climate.

Yes. We regularly schedule commercial painting work during evenings and weekends to minimize disruption to business operations. After-hours work is available at no additional premium for projects over $2,500.

Are you licensed for commercial work in New Jersey?

Yes. We hold a New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor license and carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage for all commercial projects.

Yes. All commercial projects are quoted at a fixed price based on a detailed scope of work. There are no hourly billing surprises.

A standard 2,000 square foot office space typically takes three to five days. We provide a detailed project timeline with every commercial estimate.
